Acerca de este curso

"I need a million" is not an answer — it is a figure with no calculation behind it. This course turns that vagueness into a plan with concrete numbers: exactly how much capital you need, why the order in which returns arrive matters as much as their average, and how many different ways the income that replaces your salary can actually reach you — not just by selling shares.

It is a light course, seven modules, built to be finished in an afternoon, held to the same standard of verified figures as the rest of the Academy.

You follow Diego, 43, with a portfolio already built, as he calculates his FIRE number, discovers why two versions of himself can end up more than $345,000 apart purely because of the order of their returns, and assembles an income plan from several pieces that support one another.

Across 7 modules in two blocks, you will learn to:

  • Calculate your FIRE number from your real annual spending, and see exactly where the 4% rule comes from.
  • Understand sequence of returns risk: why the same starting point can end in very different places.
  • Build a Permanent Portfolio (25% stocks / 25% bonds / 25% cash / 25% gold) that cushions that risk.
  • Generate income without selling your portfolio: dividends, rent, and options premiums, backed by a cash buffer and the right insurance.
  • Recognize — without having to use them — two advanced strategies: infinite banking and buy-borrow-die.

Every module closes with four worked exercises showing the full calculation, not just the answer. It connects to Fundamental Analysis (Nortia Industrial dividends), Fixed Income (the bond drag), and The Wheel (Marina's options premiums) — you do not need to have taken them, but if you have, you will recognize the cases. Intermediate level. Figures in US dollars. One-time payment, lifetime access.

Educational content: this is not financial, tax, or insurance advice. Diego, his figures, and the return scenarios are illustrative — not projections or promises about how any market will behave.

Stop chasing a number nobody has explained to you. Calculate it.
